Klyros Dental connects patients with independently licensed dental professionals who review cases and issue prescriptions, and with certified U.S. dental laboratories that fabricate appliances. Klyros Dental does not employ dentists or operate as a dental practice.

Klyros Dental is not a dental office, dental group practice, or clinical provider of any kind. Nothing on our website or in our communications constitutes dental advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions, including whether a dental appliance is appropriate for you, are made exclusively by licensed dental professionals in our network. If you have a dental emergency or require clinical treatment, please contact a licensed dentist in your area immediately.

All dental appliances coordinated through Klyros Dental require a valid prescription issued by a licensed dental professional. Submission of an order does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. If a reviewing dental professional determines that a prescription is not appropriate for your situation, your order will not be fulfilled and you will be notified.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is collected at the time of order. Klyros Dental uses secure third-party payment processors and does not store full credit card information. In the event that your order cannot be fulfilled after payment, you will receive a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Klyros Dental stands behind the quality of its appliances through the Klyros Fit Assurance™ program. Details regarding adjustment requests, remakes, and eligibility windows are outlined in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
