Four steps. A licensed dentist reviews every case before a U.S. dental lab makes anything.
Klyros is a teledentistry coordination platform. You take impressions at home. A licensed dentist (DDS) in your state reviews the case. An FDA-registered U.S. dental lab fabricates the appliance. Then it ships to you. Klyros coordinates those steps. Klyros does not practice dentistry.
You order online and an impression kit ships to you, usually within 1 business day. Most kits arrive in 2–5 business days. The kit includes instructions. You take the impressions at home and can retake them if the first set is not usable.
A dentist licensed in your state reviews your impressions and photos, typically within 24–48 hours of receiving them. That dentist decides whether a prescription is appropriate. If it is not, the appliance is not made. Clinical judgment belongs to the dentist, not to Klyros.
After the dentist approves the case, an FDA-registered U.S. dental lab fabricates your partial from the impressions. Lab fabrication and shipping commonly take 10–14 business days from the day the impressions arrive at the lab.
The finished appliance ships to your door. Most patients receive it about 3–5 weeks from the day they order. Timing moves with impression quality, the dentist review, and the lab.
Keep a relationship with a local dentist for exams and any care a removable appliance is not meant to provide.

Cosmetic removable appliances are non-surgical, non-permanent dental devices intended for aesthetic enhancement only. They do not move teeth, correct bite alignment, or treat dental disease. All cases are reviewed by a licensed dentist prior to fabrication where applicable. Eligibility is determined at the discretion of the reviewing provider. Results vary by individual case. Appliances are removable and not intended as a substitute for comprehensive dental care. Patients should maintain regular in-office dental examinations and follow the advice of their local dental provider.
