A partial for a short span of missing teeth, often on one side of the arch. A licensed dentist reviews your case before anything is made. Flex from $489.
A unilateral partial replaces a small span of missing teeth, commonly one to three teeth and often on a single side of the upper or lower arch. It is still a custom removable appliance. It is not a full denture, and it is not a substitute for an exam with a local dentist.
If you have been searching for a way to replace 1–3 missing teeth without starting in a waiting room, this is that page. You take impressions at home. A licensed dentist (DDS) in your state reviews them. A U.S. dental lab fabricates the partial only after that review.
A flexible partial is the broader option, used when more of the arch needs teeth replaced. A unilateral partial is the narrower case: a few missing teeth, often confined to one side. The reviewing dentist decides which appliance, if any, fits your mouth. This page does not make that decision.

Cosmetic removable appliances are non-surgical, non-permanent dental devices intended for aesthetic enhancement only. They do not move teeth, correct bite alignment, or treat dental disease. All cases are reviewed by a licensed dentist prior to fabrication where applicable. Eligibility is determined at the discretion of the reviewing provider. Results vary by individual case. Appliances are removable and not intended as a substitute for comprehensive dental care. Patients should maintain regular in-office dental examinations and follow the advice of their local dental provider.
